You must not use SpaceRemit's services for the following Illegal products and services - Prohibited drugs, Services that provide fake or false identification, equipment used for telecommunications manipulation, including jamming devices, any business or organization that engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates unlawful violence or physical harm to persons or property, products or services that violate the law in the jurisdictions where your business is located or targeted, Products and services that infringe intellectual property rights. - Sales or distribution of Any licensed materials without appropriate authorization, Counterfeit goods or illegally products, Brand name or services without authorization, Products or services that directly infringe or facilitate infringement upon the trademark, patent, copyright, trade secrets, proprietary, or privacy rights of any third party. - Prohibited activities include Pyramid schemes, Get rich now schemes, including investment opportunities or other services that mislead consumers with promises of high rewards for minimal effort or upfront work, sites that promise fast and easy money, businesses that make outrageous claims, use deceptive testimonials, employ high-pressure upselling, and/or fake testimonials, and offering unrealistic incentives/rewards to induce purchases without providing any post-purchase support. - Value-added services that lack genuine benefits to buyers, resale of services without added value, and resale of government offerings without authorization or added value. - Sales of online traffic or engagement, Negative response marketing and telemarketing, Predatory mortgage consulting, Predatory investment opportunities, Remote technical support - Adult content and services, Certain legal services like such as firms collecting funds for purposes other than legal service fee, Firearms, explosives, and dangerous materials, Gambling

Restricted Businesses

Industries subject to regulations, such as Financial products and services, Government services, Pharmaceuticals, medical devices, Tobacco, Credit card and identity theft protection services, Other age-restricted goods or services, Travel, Non-fiat currency and stored value, Multi-level marketing, and shipping, are especially susceptible to potential misuse by malicious individuals. - Any other businesses that SpaceRemit considers unfair
